Attribute Polar orders and subscriptions.

1. Polar → Settings → Webhooks → Add endpoint.
2. URL: https://api.realific.app/webhooks/polar/YOUR_SITE_ID.
3. Select order.created and order.refunded; copy the secret into Realific.

Add metadata: { realific_visitor_id } to the checkout.
