What counts as an event?
Every pageview, custom event, identify call and payment counts as one event.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Tracking keeps working for a 7-day grace period. After that the dashboard shows an upgrade prompt, but data is still collected for 30 days and never silently dropped.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans cost 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel, change your plan or update your card from Manage billing at any time. Payments are handled by Polar.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have not picked a plan, your dashboard asks you to choose one. We keep collecting your data for 30 days, so nothing is lost while you decide.
